Mt Hutt Opening Day

That first chair feeling hits different. We’re kicking things off early this year – 31 May is opening day, and we’re buzzing to welcome you back to your maunga. To start the season off right, we’ll be open weekends only until 14 June – then it’s all go, full time. Expect early season vibes, fresh cord, and a few yarns over a flat white at 1610 cafe. Whether you're chasing that first turn or just here for the feels, there’s no better way to warm up the legs.

Locals Day

For anyone living in the area between our two rivers (Rakaia and Rangitata), all you need to do to unlock $50 lift tickets and $25, is send us clear copy of your utility bill via the link provided to prove your address and ID. All proceeds from sales will go to local charity, this year funds will go to Mt Hutt College to support their new climbing wall project. Awesomeness!
